ESB Networks will attempt to call on your premises up to four times a year to read your meter. If you are not at home when the meter reader comes, they will leave a card that will require you to submit a reading online.
You can submit the readings, along with your MPRN number through the following methods:
- Phone: 1800 33 77 77
- Text: Submit your reading to 087 9609223 in the following format: MPRN (space) Meter Reading
- Email: Send your MPRN number and reading to reading@esb.ie
- Online: Submit a reading online here
